As a documentary family photographer, my goal isn't just to capture smiles and poses. For me it's about capturing the essence of what it means to be a family.

When I photograph a family, I make sure to capture all that is happening. That includes laughs, tears, temper tantrums, quiet moments of reflection and unexpected things that always happen during any family gathering. These kind of images serve as a visual legacy. They represent moments in life that are a testament to the love and bond that transcends time.

Miss Sofia has a wonderful big family who loves her a lot. They gathered together to celebrate her baptism. She was so patient at the church and only cried once and that's because she got hungry. Sweet little angel.
